Pre-Development Consulting

We provide a variety of services to private sector builders and not-for-profit developers interested creating new affordable housing. This includes assessing opportunities, determining project viability, sorting through government priorities, securing planning and pre-development approvals and preparing the necessary information and proposals to allow projects to go forward. Devonshire has been involved with over twenty successful affordable housing projects of all sizes throughout Ontario since 2006.
